Clanen have a new website! We would love to hear your thoughts and comments about it. If you have any photos from any of our gigs we would love to add them to our gallery - just drop us an email. Also (in case you haven't already noticed) you can now subscribe to our news feed using the buttons at the bottom of the page. Woo. Enjoy the new site.
Lastly... thank you all for buying raffle tickets and coming to our friends and family ceilidh. We all had a great night and we raised £ 375 for Maggies. Well done again to all of the prize winners and we hope to play for you all again soon.

Clanen have a few upcoming ceilidhs including a special one in June for family and friends. Saturday 16 June in Drumlandrig School Hall, Hawick for an evening of fun and dancing. Bring your own booze!

Thank you to everyone who danced at Friday's retirement ceilidh; the band were very impressed by the number of people on the floor throughout the evening. As a special addition to the band we had John Bruce of Neumatics fame joining us to complete the Clanen line-up of yesteryear. Thanks go to him for bringing along his guitaring skills. Our next ceilidh is in Fife in January. More details soon!

Tonight Clanen are playing in Hawick High School for the retirement of the school
Rector Neil Horne. We are all hugely honoured to be playing for such an important
event and we are very grateful to Neil for everything that he has done for each
of the members of the band. We hope that everyone who attends the ceilidh has
a good night and we wish Neil all the best for the future.
Thanks also go to Jonny for driving from the south of England in order to play!
